Partnership Program Definitions
JeetWin – A premium licensed digital entertainment platform providing gaming experiences and sports wagering specifically optimized for Indian market participants.
Partnership Initiative – A performance-based collaboration framework enabling participants to promote JeetWin services while earning commission-based compensation from successful referral traffic.
Strategic Partner – Any qualified individual or commercial entity that enrolls in the JeetWin Partnership Initiative and directs potential customers through specialized tracking mechanisms.
Converted Users – New customers who complete registration and engage in active wagering through the partner's designated promotional channels or display materials.
Commission Structure – A predetermined percentage of net revenue generated by successfully converted users, distributed to partners as performance-based compensation.
Net Revenue Calculation – Total customer wagering minus payouts, promotional credits, transaction reversals, and operational adjustments.
Commission Distribution – Partner earnings transferred to designated withdrawal accounts upon meeting established minimum payment criteria.
Settlement Cycle – A standardized monthly period utilized for calculating and processing partner compensation payments.
Marketing Resources – Authorized promotional materials including display advertisements, tracking links, and creative assets supplied by JeetWin.
Partnership Enrollment Requirements
Through registration in the JeetWin Partnership Initiative, participants acknowledge acceptance of these comprehensive terms and operational guidelines.
JeetWin maintains authority to modify these agreements without advance notification. All revisions become immediately effective upon publication within the partner management portal.
Participants must demonstrate legal majority status (minimum 18 years) and maintain current, accurate communication information.
Individual partners bear responsibility for protecting their access credentials. JeetWin assumes no liability for unauthorized account access due to partner negligence.
JeetWin reserves exclusive authority to approve, suspend, or terminate partnership accounts based on internal evaluation criteria, with or without detailed justification.
Partner Operational Guidelines
Partners receive access to authorized marketing materials and must utilize them strictly according to established guidelines. Any misrepresentation as JeetWin personnel or unauthorized brand usage constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
Prohibited promotional activities include:
- Distributing unsolicited mass communications or implementing unauthorized overlay advertising
- Purchasing search advertisements targeting JeetWin brand terminology or variations
- Establishing websites or social media profiles mimicking official JeetWin branding
- Exploiting tracking mechanisms through artificial cookie placement or embedded frame manipulation
Violation of operational guidelines may result in immediate partnership termination and forfeiture of outstanding commission payments.
Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active partnership account. Self-referral activities are explicitly prohibited under all circumstances.
Compensation Framework
Newly enrolled partners commence with a 25% revenue sharing arrangement. Partnerships failing to generate initial depositing customers within eight months experience rate reduction to 18%. Following eighteen months of inactivity, commission rates may decrease to 8%.
Commission calculations exclude fraudulent accounts, promotional abuse cases, or profiles associated with payment disputes. Such accounts are removed from all earnings computations.
High-Value Customer Risk Management
Customers generating negative net revenue exceeding $15,000 within any calendar month receive high-risk classification.
- Negative revenue impacts accumulate monthly but remain isolated to individual customer accounts.
- Deficit balances do not influence commission calculations from separate referred customers.
Payment Processing Procedures
Monthly commission distributions occur by the 20th for revenue generated during the preceding month. Minimum payment threshold is established at $150.
Partners not meeting payout requirements have earnings automatically transferred to subsequent months. Processing delays, when necessary, will not exceed 75 days.
Resolution Process and Communication
Partnership disputes require formal submission through email to the dedicated partner support division. All inquiries receive comprehensive review within 21 business days.
JeetWin enforces strict professional conduct standards. Inappropriate or misleading communications may trigger permanent partnership program exclusion.
